Lisa Luminae™ Return Policy

At Lisa Luminae™, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is received for the following items:

● Apparel: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

● Skincare: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

● Fragrance: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

● Opened or used skincare products

● Opened or used fragrance products

● Apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or is missing original tags

● Gift cards

● Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
